ACCESS
Invitations are personal and revocable.
Use only the account, device, and scoped credentials issued to you. Do not share bearer or session credentials, bypass channel boundaries, probe private routes, or attempt to enroll an unapproved device. Beta access may be suspended or withdrawn to protect the service or other participants.
ACCEPTABLE USE
Do not use Pushify to harm people or systems.
Do not send spam, harassment, malware, unlawful material, deceptive impersonation, or content you are not authorized to process. Do not use Pushify as an emergency service, sole safety control, or guaranteed command channel.
BETA RISK
Behavior can change before release.
The service is under active testing and may be unavailable, changed, reset, or discontinued. Delivery can be delayed or fail because of networks, devices, Firebase, Cloudflare, or software faults. Keep independent monitoring and recovery for important operations.
CONTENT
You remain responsible for what you send.
Send only proportionate data that you have authority to process. Ordinary channels are not end-to-end encrypted. A channel marked e2ee_required uses the private-beta encrypted path, but encryption, expiry, purge, account closure, and phone wipe cannot defeat screenshots, malicious clients, recipient exports, or every endpoint copy.
ENFORCEMENT
Controls are auditable.
Pushify may rate-limit activity, revoke credentials or invitations, suspend accounts, quarantine channels, and retain bounded audit evidence to investigate abuse and protect the beta. Invited users can report behavior and request support in the Android app.
